Tail Dance Stick

Use this 20″ Tail Dance Stick at your next Powwow or display it in your home! The crafter created two Peyote Stich beaded sections using 11/0 seed beads. He made a colorful geometric pattern with Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Black and White seed beads.  The crafter also added three 2″ pieces of Otter fur.  At the top, the crafter attached a swivel where you can fasten your own feathers.  On the bottom he attached a piece of tobacco deerskin lacing for a strap.  This Dance Stick measures 20″ long.  The two beaded sections measure 6″ long each and the three pieces of otter fur measure 2″ long each.

Native American dancers use individually crafted and decorated sticks to enhance the energy of their dance. They design their Dance Sticks according to the type and purpose of their dance. Collectors often display Dance Sticks in their homes. This Tail Dance Stick came from a collection. You will find it in very good condition.  It is ready to use or display!  One of a Kind!
