Antique Beaded Iroquois Velvet Bag – Heart Motif

Add this antique Bag- Beaded Iroquois Style to your collection!  The artist made it with black velvet and red bias tape edging. They then used White, Clear, Trans Orange, Trans Red,  Turquoise,  Light Blue, Green, Trans Pink, White Center Red and Greasy Yellow Seed Beads to create the heart designs on both sides.  White Basket Beads highlight the design.  Then the crafter added White Pony Bead edge beading around the flap. The bag does not include a handle, and portions of the red bias tape show age‑related deterioration.  You will see very little bead loss.

The bag measures approx. 5.25″ long by 5.75″ at its widest point.
