White Sage Mist is an organic essential oil spray.  Some people call it Liquid Smudge. You will find this spray perfect for times when you can’t have smoke.

How to Smudge

You can burn white sage for smudging as a smudge stick or loose leaves. Light a smudge stick and fan it gently with a Smudge Feather to spread the healing smoke.  People often use a Smudge Feather dedicated to this purpose.  Sometimes users decorate the feather with leather and beads. People frequently use Turkey Feathers as Smudge Feathers. Hand painted Eagle Feathers are also an option.

Loose white sage can be burned in a smudge bowl or a large shell. Abalone shells, Scallop shells or a Ceramic Smudge Bowl hold the burning white sage while a Smudge Feather is used to fan the smoke around a person, object or space that is being healed or cleansed of negative energy.
