Glazed Terracotta Smudge Bowl

Our Ceramic Smudge Bowl is handmade exclusively for us! This terracotta colored Bowl is hand painted with a Double Curve Motif and fully glazed on the inside.  You will find this Bowl an attractive alternative to a shell or whatever you have been ‘making do’ with! This Bowl measures 5″ in diameter at the rim and 2.5″ across the bottom. Hand Painted Double Curve designs will vary.

Because our crafter makes these Ceramic Bowls in a Reproduction Redware tradition, it will also appeal to our Re-enactor customers looking for a small pottery dish for camp. Ceramic smudge bowls are a great alternative to traditional abalone shells for holding sage, palo santo, or other herbs during smudging rituals. They are heat-resistant, durable, and often come with intricate designs that enhance the spiritual experience.
