Katsina- Rainmaker Style

This Katsina- Rainmaker Style features a bright blue top. The artist carved it from cottonwood and painted it with tempera colors. His headpiece includes carved feathers, a bit of fur, and a bundle of real feathers on the back.  He wears a white cloak over his blue top and black pants.  Some of the paint has rubbed off over time, adding to its vintage character.   This katsina stands 9 inches tall.Its height, detail, and classic Rainmaker presence make it an appealing addition to any Katsina collection
