This Top Hat Felt Black comes with a 1.5 inch ribbon around the crown.  The Inside lining is missing.  The hat features a short brim that curls up on the sides. It has a nice soft nap on the top and sides. The nap has worn away on the top around the edge and spots around the top of the brim.  You will see some creasing on one side of the cardboard lining and a few tears.

On the carboard inside, you will see where someone wrote in 82196, 167-980.  You will also see a few creases on the inside.  This Hat will make a vintage-looking accessory for your Native American Dance Regalia or an interesting addition to your collection.

The Top Hat Felt Black measures about 6 inches tall. The top measures 6 inches across and 7.25 inches from front to back. The brim measures up to 2 inches on the ends.  The opening for head measures 7.5 inches in diameter on the longer side and 6.25 inches on the narrower side.  One of a Kind!
