Top Hat Kallista Paris
This Black Top Hat comes with a 1.5″ ribbon around the crown. Inside you will find an ivory silk lining. The hat features a short brim that curls up on the sides. It has a nice soft nap on the top and sides. The nap has worn away on the underside of the brim. There is a dent on one side and signs of wear on the top and brim.
The inside lining shows a stamp that says Peluche Kallista Privilege (Plush Kallista Privilege). Below this is Aelion 24. Boulevard des Capucines Paris Meme Maison Passage Jouffroy. Along the sides are stamps indicating the size 7 1/4 478 MOYEN 4 1/2. An additional tag says Kallista 20323. Someone has written 1900 on this tag. You will see a few small tears on the inside top and some wear.
A previous owner had this Top Hat, but it remains in good condition for its age. This Top Hat will make a vintage-looking accessory for your Native American Dance Regalia or an interesting addition to your collection.
The hat measures 5.5 ” tall. The top measures 6.5″ across and 7.5″ from front to back. The brim measures up to 1.5″ on the ends. The opening for head measures 7.75″ in diameter on the longer side and 6.25″ on the narrower side.
