These handmade Scalp Feather Partial Beading will be perfect for your next event. The crafter made this hair tie with a Hand Painted imitation Eagle Feather. He added a Deerskin Leather wrap to the top. Then he created a small beaded cuffs using mostly Yellow Seed Beads. It comes with a 1.5 inch diameter pink Conch Shell concho with a blue Crow Bead in the center.
It measures about 13 inches long.
Traditionally, Native Americans wear feathers in various ways, often as part of headdresses or other adornments. These types of feathers are a small decorative item that people wear in their hair.
