These Beaded Leg Garters 3 Row feature Cobalt Blue and White Wampum Beads. The Crafter created this pair using White Deerskin  Leather Lacing for the warp thread and the ties.  The Leg Garters 3 Row come with Glass Crow Bead closures so you can adjust the fit. These will look fabulous holding up your leggins!  The bead work measures 13 inches long x 1.5 inches wide.  The Derskin Leather fringe measures 8.5 inches long. These are estimated to be a size Extra Large.

Wampum leg garters are traditional Native American accessories that hold significant cultural and symbolic importance. Crafters can make Wampum Garters using natural wampum beads. These beads come from quahog or whelk shells. They are often purple and white in color.  In more recent times, crafters choose Glass Wampum Beads like the ones in these Leg Garters 3 Row.  They carefully weave or string the beads to create intricate patterns, with designs that can hold deep meaning, representing tribal identity, status, or spiritual beliefs. In addition to their cultural significance, wampum leg garters were practical, helping to secure leggings in place during ceremonies or daily life.
