This 8/0 Pony Bead Assorted Lot includes an eye‑catching mix of unusual colors. You’ll find color‑lined, striped, and translucent beads throughout the assortment. The lot features a range of colors, including blues, amber, yellow, light purple, and pink.  Shades may vary by package. Each package weighs approximately 28 ounces and comes with approximately 28,000 beads.  Every color is individually bagged.  These 8/0 pony beads measure about 3 mm in diameter. We are selling them in lots.

Limited Quantities.

Pony Beads are larger than Seed Beads, but smaller than Crow Beads.  They get their name from the pony and mule trains that brought these beads to Western North America. These beads were available to the Native Americans of the Plains before the introduction of Seed Beads.   Crafters find them easy to string on various materials like thread, elastic, or wire. Their size can range from around 3 mm to 5 mm in diameter.  Crafters commonly use them to make bracelets, necklaces, keychains, and even intricate bead weaving.  Due to their size and ease of handling, both beginner and advanced crafters will find them easy to use.
