This Ray Williams Seattle Totem Pole comes from Seattle, Washington. This piece has Ray Williams carved into the back and is stamped "Ye Olde Curiosity Shop Seattle". Ray Williams is a well known master carver who had totems displayed all over the US and Canada. The Williams family is a member of the Nitinat Band (Eagle Clan), which is a part of the West Coast Tribe. The carving style is that of the Nitinat tradition.The totem pole has a beaver and a frog hand carved and beautifully painted. It measures 4"x 3" wide at the base and stands approx. 9" tall.
