SOLD This 16 Inch Antique Red Roach is well constructed with very small hair bundles of porcupine hair and deer hair. The hair measures 7 inches tall with an inner row of yellow deer hair measuring approx. 2 inches.Hair Base Roaches are an early form of roaches. Construction is a long process of tying hundreds of bundles of deer hair then sewing them together to form the base. Then snipping the deer hair short to form a base. This is a fine example of this type of construction. One of a Kind!
