22" Red & White Porcupine Roach
SOLD This large Roach 22" In & Out features white stripe detailing. The crafter started with a bright yellow yarn base. He tied Red deer hair with narrow white stripes in three places along the length for the outer row. Then he used White deer hair with narrow Red stripes in two places on the inside. The front Porcupine hair stands about 7 inches high. This roach comes with a plastic tube for storage. One of a Kind!Porcupine hair roaches are one type of traditional headwear for Native American Dance Regalia. You can attach a roach to your head with a small hair braid (or scalplock) pulled though the center hole and fasten with a roach pin, or use a roach spreader. We also offer handmade 16" & 18" Long Porcupine Roaches and Round Eastern Style Roaches.
This Roach 22" In & Out measures approximately 22 inches long and 3.5 inches wide at the widest point. This roach is new. One of a Kind!
