Antique 9″ Painted Hand Drum

Add this Hand Drum 9″ Antique to your collection today!    The crafter made this drum with a 9 inch frame that is 2.5 inches wide.  He painted the stretched rawhide yellow and added triangular and diamond shapes in Green, Yellow and Red.  Then he added curving floral like designs in the center.  Finally he painted a single black line around the outside.  The paint colors are muted.

We got this drum from a collector in the Southwest.  You will see signs of its age including small breaks in the rawhide and places where the paint has worn away.  The rawhide lacing has broken in one spot on the inside and is fragile.    This unique drum is a fabulous find and a testament to the crafter’s skill.

This drum measures 9 inches in diameter.   We are selling it as a collectible only.  One of a Kind!
