Basket Round Split Ash
This "married" Basket Round Split Ash comes with a lid from another Basket. The crafter made it with with Sweetgrass and Ash splints. The cover has a woven design with a braided handle. The bottom part of the basket has braided sweetgrass around the sides and raised ash splints in the center of the interior.The bottom of the Basket shows its age and is darker than the cover. Overall this basket is in good condition with minimal breaks in the splints.
It measures 6″ in diameter and 3" high.
