Men’s Center Seam Moccasins with Ribbonwork Cuffs

These Moccasins Men’s Ribbonwork feature multi‑color diamond pattern ribbon work.  The crafter made them with Gold Deerskin Leather in a center seam style.  He added two designs of  Ribbonwork Cuffs with White Seed Bead Edge Beading.  He lined the back of the ribbonwork with calico fabric.   The outside ribbon work is done in Purple, Light Purple, Navy, Red, Blue and Pale Green.  The inner ribbonwork has diamond designs in Navy Blue, Gold and Light Purple ribbon.  The ribbon work demonstrates the skill of the crafter. The cuffs add a noticeable pop of color to these traditionally made moccasins. Unlined and supple, they offer a natural feel.

A previous owner wore these Moccasins.  You will see soiling and some loss of the edge beading.  The seam on the right moccasin has been repaired.  They are in wearable condition.  The moccasins measure approximately 10.5 inches long and 4 inches wide at the broadest point. We estimate them to be a Men’s size 8 – 8.5.
