These sheaths serve both functional and decorative purposes, protecting knives while showcasing cultural artistry. Many designs feature geometric patterns, tribal symbols, or representations of animals, reflecting the heritage and traditions of the maker. The beadwork is typically done using lazy stitch or peyote stitch, ensuring durability and precision.
