Breastplate Plains Style Men’s

Wear this Breastplate Plains Style Men’s at your next event!  Master Craftsman Andy Bullock designed this 10 row Breastplate..  Andy used 3″ Bone Hairpipe, with White Center Red, Blues, Boot Buttons and Brass Beads. On the sides, he added 1.5″ Pink Concho Shell with Trade Beads and Fringe.  On the sides, 10″ of smoked  Deerskin Leather Lacing makes fringe.  Smoked Deerskin Leather Lacing also makes up the ‘chain’ for the Breastplate. The Breastplate measures 10″ wide (not including the Fringe) and 10″ long.  You can adjust where the Breastplate falls with the Smoked Deerskin Leather Lacing .

Plains-style breastplates are a traditional part of Native American regalia, often crafted using bone hairpipe beads, leather spacers, and decorative elements like glass beads or brass accents. These breastplates were originally worn for protection and status, but today they are primarily used in ceremonial and dance regalia.
