This Pony Bead 6/0 Lot comes with Pink and Silver Pony Beads and a few white seed beads in assorted sizes. These 6/0 pony beads measure about 4 mm in diameter.  This lot weighs approximately 37 ounces.  Pony Beads are larger than Seed Beads, but smaller than Crow Beads.  They get their name from the pony and mule trains that brought these beads to Western North America. These beads were available to the Native Americans of the Plains before the introduction of Seed Beads.  We are selling these as a lot.  One of a Kind.

Pony beads are small, rounded beads that are highly versatile for crafting and jewelry-making. They are typically made from plastic or glass and feature a larger hole relative to their size.  Crafters find them easy to string on various materials like thread, elastic, or wire. Their size can range from around 3 mm to 5 mm in diameter.
