Parfleche Containers Pair
This set of Parfleche Containers is decorative and practical! Use them for display or storage. The crafter used Rawhide to create each Container. Then the artist added geometric designs in red, mustard yellow, and green to the front and back of the parfleche. Long Braintanned Deerskin Leather fringe adorns the sides of each Parfleche Container. They both come with Braintanned Deerskin Leather Lace closures and loops for hanging. The left parfleche includes some mustard yellow paint in its design. It measures 6" long x 6" wide. Its fringe measures between 13" and 15" long. The right parfleche is smaller, measuring 4" x 4" wide. Its fringe measures 8" long. The crafter sketched a draft of their design in pencil on the rawhide prior to painting, some faint lines are visible. Both parfleches remain in excellent condition.
