Two Sided Southwestern Style Drum
SOLD This Southwestern Style Drum 2 Sided is ready to go! The wood is probably cottonwood. The crafter used Rawhide to make the heads and straps. it comes with a Rawhide Handle so you can hold it while you play. This Drum stands about 9 inches tall with an oblong head. It measures 8.5 inches wide on the longer side and 7.75 inches on the other. One of a Kind!Drums are traditional Native American instruments. Crafters make Rawhide drums with untreated animal skin, usually from a large animal like a cow. Rawhide drumheads make a distinct sound. Musicians of various traditions around the world use different styles of these instruments. This Drum 2 Sided came from a collection. You will see signs of wear, but it is in usable condition. One of a Kind!
