Choker- No Drop

This four row Choker- No Drop features an attractive combination of Navy Blue, Transparent Blue and Brass Beads.  Master craftsman Andy Bullock created it using 1.5 inch Bone Hairpipe, Bone Choker Spacers and Smoke Deerskin Leather.  He strung it with Trans Light Blue Crow beads, Navy Blue Round glass beads, and Old Style Brass beads.  This Choker- No Drop measures 17 inches long with 10‑inch ties.  One of a Kind!

Bone chokers hold a long and meaningful place in Native American culture. Artisans crafted them from bone hair pipes, leather, shell, and later glass beads. Warriors wore these chokers as protective adornments that symbolized strength, status, and spiritual resilience.  Beyond protection, bone chokers expressed identity. They also strengthened the wearer’s connection to ancestral traditions. Over time, the form grew into a widely recognized cultural emblem. In keeping with this legacy, contemporary artists continue to create bone chokers that blend traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics while preserving their deep cultural significance
