Whole Horse Tails provide lots of material for your projects.  Use them to make braided horsehair pieces, fringe for war shirts, or horsehair pottery.  Each tail comes washed and dried in natural brown shades.  They measure 30 inches – 36 inches long.

Several kinds of Native American crafts use Horse hair.  Most often, you will see it on the tips of feathers on Native American Dance Bustles and Native American Headdresses. Native American War Shirts can also be decorated with horse hair.
