Braintanned Deerskin Shoulder Bag with Wampum Bead Flap
Carry your essentials in style with this reproduction Shoulder Bag! The crafter started with Braintanned Deerskin Leather. He covered the front flap with Glass Wampum loomwork in a Diamond design using Cobalt Blue and White Glass Wampum Beads. Then he added Red Wool to the sides of the flap. On the bottom, he attached 1" Tin Cone drops made with Orange Deer Hair and topped with White Center Navy Pony Beads. Next he created a Wampum Strap using Cobalt Blue and White Glass Wampum Beads in the Diamond design.This Bag measures 9.5" long x 9" wide not including the Tin Cone Drops. The strap is 38" long overall and 1.5" wide.
