Rosette Necklace Turtle under Hiawatha Wampum Belt
Show your Native pride with this Rosette Necklace made by Master Craftsman Andy Bullock. Andy beaded this Rosette with a Turtle under a Hiawatha Wampum Belt. The ends of the Wampum Belt extend like tassels from the Rosette. White Braintanned Deerskin lacing appears as ties for the Belt and tassels for the Rosette. He used reproduction Seed Beads in Mustard for the background. Three dimensional edge beading in Dark Red finishes the Rosette. White Pellon fabric covers the back.
The beaded chain features three strands of Seed Beads in Mustard, White, Royal Blue, Dark Red and Hematite. Three faceted opalescent Beads break up the strands on each side. It ties at the top with White Braintanned Deerskin Leather Lacing.
The Rosette measures approximately 3″ in diameter. The beaded section of the chain measures 87″ long. You can adjust the length of the necklace with the Braintanned Deerskin Leather Lacing.
