This Clay Covered Gourd Pottery is signed "To Barbara, from Robert Rivera" and has the name of the piece on the bottom, "Indian Girl, 1997". Robert Rivera is an Apache artist and his gourds are known worldwide.This piece is of a sitting Native American Woman with closed eyes and looks to be singing. She is wearing a blue necklace and earrings and has real nickel spots on her boots. There is a hole on the top with string tied to it which can be used for hanging.
The piece measures 3" tall and 3" wide.
