Pipes - Reproduction Soapstone Set of 3

This Lot of 3 Reproduction Soapstone Pipes feature three different animal effigies.  The crafter modeled them after Platform Pipes archaeologists found in the Hopewell Mounds. He made each one from Soapstone.  A different animal effigy appears on each pipe.   Two feature Bird effigies and one comes with a Bear effigy.
The Songbird or Hawk measures 3.25" long x  1.5" wide x about 2" tall.  The Soapstone has a mottled look to it. You will see etching for the eyes, beak, tail and wings.
The Bear measures 3.5" long x 1.25" wide x about 1.5" tall. The crafter polished the Soapstone so it looks nearly black.  He etched the eyes, ears, mouth, and around the legs.
The Spotted Bird appears more like a partridge with its elevated tail feathers. It measures 3.75" long x  1.5" wide x 1.5" tall.  Besides the spots incised on its wings and tail, the crafter etched the eyes, beak and outlined the wings.  The Soapstone on this Pipe is very dark.
