This traditional woman's Northern Plains Wool Dress is in excellent condition! The tailor sewed it from warm black wool, then added a red wool bib, sleeve detailing, and skirt panels. They finished the collar with gold deerskin leather for a comfortable fit. To finish, the tailor sewed on 18 ring top cowrie shells to the bib on the front with white imitation sinew. Four of the cowrie shells are beaded with red and white seed beads as an extra touch. Estimated to be 20 years old, this dress is fully wearable and has no rips, holes, or stains.This dress will fit snugly on a size 42" bust and measures 48 1/2" from shoulder to hem. The skirt opening has a 58" circumference and the sleeves are 19" long. The neck opening fits a size 22".
