Needle Case Antique Beaded Teal
This delightful Antique Beaded Needle Case will make a welcome addition to your collection! The crafter made it with Teal satin fabric bound with silk ribbon. He or she created a three dimensional floral design on both sides using Clear and White Seed beads and a single Clear Basket Bead. Clear Seed Bead loops decorate the edges. Inside you will find two fabric leaves that held needles. A silk ribbon tie once held the Case closed.The bead loss on this case is minimal. Some of the Clear Seed Bead loops on the edge have come off and the center Basket Bead on one side is missing. You will see moth damage to the inner fabric leaves and some staining. The outside satin fabric and most of the beadwork design remain intact. The case measures about 3" x 3" at the widest points.
Though it is not recommended that you use this case for needles, it will make a beautiful display piece! One of a Kind!
