SOLD Add this fabulous Reproduction Gun Case Beaded to your collection today!  The crafter made it in a classic Northern Plains style with very heavy Braintanned leather, probably Bison.  They beaded both the butt and barrel end of the case.  The beadwork on the butt end was applied with the 2 needle applique stitch.  The crafter beaded both sections on canvas and then attached the canvas to the braintanned leather.   They created the geometric designs with reproduction color beads in White Center Red, Greasy Yellow, Cobalt Blue, Turquoise and White.
This Gun Case features and unusual piece of woven lacing in the center.  Additionally, the crafter added a Leather tab decorated with cut red Wool.  It also has 12 inch long Leather Lacing along the barrel half.  The butt end comes with graduated fringe ranging from 2 inches to 5 inches long.  The case measures 38 inches long overall.  The barrel end is 3.5 inches wide and the butt end measures 7 inches wide.  One of a Kind!
