Copper Corn Boiler

Copper Corn Boiler
Use this Copper Corn Boiler to heat up your meal or as a large coffee cup when you are in camp!  This Corn Boiler holds about 24 ounces.  It comes with a large metal handle and an attached hinged lid. In addition it has a metal bail for carrying and hanging it over a fire or coals.  On the lid you will see another loop you can use to open it when it is hot. This boiler is a reproduction of a 18th century cooking pot.  On the inside you will find a Tin coating.  These are handy to have in camp for heating some stew or to drink from.  It measures 5" tall and the top measures just about 5" in diameter. We acquired this Boiler in a collection. The previous owner used it.  You will see it has darkened on the outside. Tarnish shows around the rivets that hold the handle and the top loop.
