Bowler Hat Hatter Nolish

Bowler Hat Hatter Nolish
This antique felt Bowler Hat comes with a 1  1/8" wide grosgrain ribbon around the crown. The inside lining says Hatter Nolish (or maybe Volish?) 5847 Broadway Cleveland. You will also see a sticker that says 7 1/4 (the size of the hat) and a stamp in the inner band that says Excellent Quality Hand Finish.
Also known as "derby hats," the bowler style originated in Britain during the mid 18oos.
This Bowler Hat stands 4.75" tall with a 2" wide brim.  The outside circumference of the crown measures 24".  Front to back including the brim it measures 12.5" and across it measures 10.5".  The inside lining has separated from the hat but remains intact.  You will see some wear and discoloration on the outer brim.
A previous owner wore this Hat.  It remains in good wearable condition.
