Bead Lot Set of Assorted Chevrons
This Bead Lot comes with three large Chevron Beads measuring between 23 mm - 34 mm long. One of them is slightly flattened. You also get 7 smaller Chevron Beads (about 5 mm), a Green Chevron disc bead (15 mm in diameter x 5 mm thick), 5 White Center Red mini Crow Beads and a White Pony Bead. Bead makers in Czechoslovakia first made Chevron Beads in the 16th -17th centuries. Traders carried these layered glass beads to North America and Africa. They are highly desirable due to the complexity of their manufacture. Craftsmen were not permitted to leave their factories in order to prevent them from sharing the technology.
