You will find just the basics with this Antique Beaded Belt. We believe the crafter made this belt around 1940. He made it in a Plateau or Crow style. Crafted with 10/0 Seed Beads in Red, White, Navy Blue and Turquoise Blue, this belt remains in very good condition. It has suffered very minor bead loss. The Braintanned Deerskin Leather ends and lacing ties do show wear. The crafter did the original beadwork on a canvas fabric. Antique cotton fabric with a floral rose print covers the back of the belt. You will find this Beaded Belt still wearable. Or you can add it to your Antique Beadwork collection! The Belt measures 28.5" long x 1.75" wide. The measurement does not include the Braintanned Leather Lacing ties. One of a Kind!This item has sold but we have archived it for reference purposes.
