Why Won’t My Order Go Through?
There are several reasons your order may not be completed:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Expired debit or credit card
- Billing address mismatch with your card statement
How Do I Set Up an Account?
Creating an account is easy:
- Add items to your Shopping Cart
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Fill out your billing information
- Check the box to Create an Account and set a password
To log back in, click My Account at the top right corner of the website. You can reset your password or edit account details from there.

The Wandering Bull offers $5 Bull Bucks for every 100 points earned for online orders
- You must be logged in to earn points
- Every $1 spent at WanderingBull.com = 1 point
- Earn 10 points for leaving product reviews
- Check your points on your account page

Yes! Paul and Andy Bullock ran The Wandering Bull in Attleboro, MA for years. In 2011, Chris Bullock moved the store to Washington, NH.

I Don’t Want to Order Online. What Are My Options?
You can order without using our website:
- Call us at 1-800-430-2855 (Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 4:30 PM EST)
- Fill your cart and print your order to mail with a check or money order
- Write your order details on paper, add $9.95 for shipping, and mail with your payment
We no longer accept fax orders—please call or email instead!
How Do I Order with a Purchase Order?
We accept signed official Purchase Orders from businesses and institutions.
- Website orders must be paid online
- Use the Print Order Form option after adding items to your cart
- Email your Purchase Order to sales@wanderingbull.com

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! International orders must be prepaid and are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are estimated at checkout.

Placing an order does not automatically create an account.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
No! The Wandering Bull, LLC is based in New Hampshire, which does not require sales tax.
Can I Return an Item?
We guarantee satisfaction!
- Returns within 15 days (unused, unopened) qualify for a refund or store credit
- If we made an error, we cover return shipping
- Returns after 15 days incur a 20% restocking fee
- Special orders, custom items, and cut materials are non-returnable
