These work moccasins are heavy duty! The crafter made the foot portion with Braintanned Leather, probably from a moose. The leg portion is made with brown canvas. The crafter probably made them in the 1970s. The vamp features an interesting stitching pattern. Otherwise these moccasins remain undecorated.Fold the canvas part together in the front and tie them with the attached Braintanned Leather Lacing.
A previous owner wore them, so you will see worn spots and discoloration. They remain in wearable condition.
Overall, these moccasins measure just about 12" from the sole to the top of the canvas. The sole measures 10.5" long and 5" wide. We believe they are a Men's size 9 or 10.
