This Southern Plains Bandolier Set will make a great addition to your dance regalia! This set includes three bandoliers, two of which are single strands that can be worn together. The original craftsman made each single strand bandolier with mescal beans, 1 1/2" bone hairpipe, round nickel beads, and brown AB finish fire polish beads. Both have ring top cowrie shell drops at the hip. The craftsman made a third bandolier comprised of two strands of wooden oval beads, round nickel beads, plastic AB finish faceted beads, and 4" bone hairpipe with leather spacers. It has 1" plastic hairpipe drops at the hip. The craftsman strung all three bandoliers with imitation sinew. This style is a classic and essential part of Straight Dance regalia.
The mescal bead bandoliers are 65 1/2" around with 5 1/2" long drops. The wooden bead bandolier is 62" around with 4" drops.
