This Child's size Beaded Fancy Dance Set is a wonderful gift for your little dancer! This five piece beaded set includes a harness, rosette necklace, headband, woven yarn garters (not shown), and a belt with yarnwork. The artist created all the pieces (except for the rosettes) on a loom with 10/0 seed beads. Each beadwork component features the same geometric pattern in Translucent Navy Blue, Trans. Dark Red, Trans. Pale Blue, and Yellow on a White background. They backed the belt on leather and braided the excess loom thread with yellow, red, and blue yarn. They also attached leather ties to the ends of the belt for additional closures. The garters are woven from matching blue and red yarn.
For the ends of the harness the artist created tabs with drops made from tin cones, dark red faceted plastic beads, pale blue glass fire polish beads, with red, blue, and white plastic cones. They made the necklace with four rosettes (3 3/4", 3", and two 2 3/4") sewn together at end to end with 1/4" wide ties on the sides. The ties are finished with dark red glass fire beads at the base and 10 1/2" leather lace at the top. The rosettes have turquoise glass fire polish beads in the center.  The headband has a 1" by 2 1/4" piece of elastic connecting the ends for a secure fit along with 9" leather ties.
Overall this Beaded Fancy Dance set is in great condition and is fully wearable! The components each have little or no bead loss which can be repaired using the proper techniques.
