Beaded Braintanned Leather Bag

This charming Bag Braintanned and Beaded will make a perfect accessory.  The crafter used Braintanned Deerskin Leather to make the bag. He decorated the front with a geometric design using Red and Yellow seed beads.  The crafter then added 5″ of Braintanned Deerskin Leather fringe to the bottom.

A piece of Braintanned Deerskin Leather Lacing goes from the front of the bag through the front of the flap so you can keep the flap closed. On the back the crafter added another piece of the leather lacing as a strap measuring 5″ long.

This Bag Braintanned and Beaded measures just about 3″ wide and 4″ long, not including the fringe.   One of a kind!

Braintanned leather is typically made from deer, elk, or other animal hides. This leather is incredibly soft and supple, with a natural, slightly suede-like finish. It often has a natural, earthy hue, ranging from light tan to deeper brown, but it can also be dyed in various colors.
