Pouch Beaded Wabanaki Style
This antique Wabanaki Style Beaded Pouch is a nice find! The artist added beadwork to red fabric, using a variety of basket and seed beads to create the feather design on the front and back. Colors include Clear, Transparent Red and Green and White. The artist edged the piece with red fabric and clear bead loops. The interior of the bag is a white cotton fabric that has some discoloration. While this piece is in good condition with no holes in the bag or bead loss, the fabric does have some worn spots.
This Purse measures 4.5″ long by 4″ tall.
