Leggins Women's Cheyenne Style

Add these Women's Cheyenne Style Leggins to your regalia!  The crafter made them with Deerskin. He or she created the beaded panels on a canvas backing using Lazy Stitch. You will see Reproduction Seed Beads in White, Mustard, White Center Red, Crow Pale Blue, Cobalt Blue and an opaque Dark Green and a translucent Dark Green.  Then the crafter attached the beaded panels to the bottom of the Leggins.
The beadwork design recalls a classic military bar design that the Cheyenne Indians used.
You will see Deerskin Leather Lacing ties on the back of the Leggins, but the crafter sewed the Leggins closed. You cannot use the ties to adjust the fit.  A previous owner wore these Leggins, so you will see soiling. Some of the Deerskin Lacing ties in the back have broken off as well.
The Leggins measure 17.75" long x 14.5" in circumference.  They are a straight tube shape. We have pictured them stuffed, not lying flat.  The beaded strips measure 4" wide.
Though a previous owner wore these Leggins, they remain in wearable condition.
