Bandolier Set Red & Blue

This Bandolier Set Blue & Red sparkles with Aurora Borealis Fire Polish Beads with Brass beads.  The crafter made these Bandoliers with Clear, Blue and Red Glass Fire Polish Aurora Borealis Beads, Brass beads and plastic Hairpipe. The Fire Polish Glass Beads provide a lot of sparkle.  Strap Leather Choker Spacers divide the sections. The crafter added Pennies to the bottom of each drop on both of the Bandoliers.

One of the Bandoliers is a 2 row Bandolier with 4″ long plastic Hairpipe on one side and 3″ long plastic Hairpipe on the other. 1.5″ long Hairpipe appears on the bottom and top.  It measures 41″ long. Each section measures 1″ wide.
The second Bandolier is a 3 row Bandolier with 3″ long  plastic Hairpipe and 1.5″ long plastic Hairpipe.  It measures 38″ long. Each section measures about 1.5″ wide.

Native Americans wear bandoliers as a decorative accessory.  This pair of Bandoliers came from a collection. A previous owner wore them so you will see signs of use.  They are in good, usable condition.  The Southern Plains Bandolier Set is a striking addition to dance regalia, often featuring materials like bone hairpipe, mescal beans, nickel beads, and cowrie shell drops. These sets are traditionally worn in Straight Dance regalia, adding movement and elegance to the dancer’s attire. One example includes a set with three bandoliers, two single-strand designs, and a third double-strand piece with wooden oval beads and leather spacers.
