Apron Set Cree Style Moosehide Front
Don’t miss this One of a Kind Apron Set! The crafter made the front piece with Braintanned Moosehide Leather. He added beaded embellishments using mostly 11/0 Cut Seed Beads, so they have a little sparkle. He attached individual patches featuring the Canadian and American Flags to the front, then added the beaded poles. Then he used Applique Stitch to create the floral designs. The crafter lined the back with blue calico fabric. 11′ long Braintanned Moosehide Fringe hangs from 3 sides. You can tie it with the 0.5″ wide Moosehide ties.
The crafter made the back of the Apron set with light brown Deerskin Leather. On the suede side, he attached two 2.5″ Beaded Rosettes and three 1.5″ Heart shaped patches. 6″ long Fringe hangs from 3 sides. Brown fabric bias tape serves for ties at the top.
The front Apron measures 17″ long x 16″ wide, not including the Fringe. The back Apron measures 16.5″ long x 15″ wide, not including the Fringe.
A previous owner wore this Apron Set. You will see discolorations and signs of wear. The set remains in very good, wearable condition.
